Program Structure
The Bachelor of Economics Program is normally completed within 4 years
(8 semester) by full-time students.  In order to obtain the degree, students have two options, which are made up of the following components.
Options 1: Single Major
   
Option 2: Major-Minor

Specific fields of economics

Research 3 credits     Research paper 3 credits  
        Minor electives (Non-economics)* not less than   18 credits
Free electives   6 credits   Free electives   6 credits
Total credits not less than   135 credits   Total credits not less than   147 credits

Notice: * Only the faculties that offer minor electives for students from the difference faculties.

By the fifth semester, students are required to select their major from one of the following 9 fields:
 
  1. Economic Theory
  2. Economic development
  3. International Economics
  4. Public Economics
  5. Monetary Economics
  6. Quantitative Economics
  7. Labour and Human Resource Economics
  8. Economics of Environment and Natural Resources
  9. Economics of Organization and Industrial Organization 
In their final year, undergraduate students are required to submit either a research paper according to their selected major.
