Center for Labor Economics and HR Management

Effective and harmonious workplace relationships are essential for the success of modern business operations. No single individual within an organization, especially in rapidly expanding institutions, can naturally establish such relationships. Instead, we must cultivate these relationships by integrating knowledge and modern technology.

Understanding this crucial principle, the Center for Labor Development and Management has implemented training programs in personnel management and labor relations, along with a specialized labor relations course tailored for union leaders. These programs aim to spread current knowledge and technological advancements related to human resource management systems. The courses feature collaboration with distinguished speakers, including seasoned executives and highly respected experts in the field.
